STANDARD ORDER POLICY
As Turk’s fulfills all orders in-house, standard processing for non-backordered items takes 7 to 14 business days before your package is shipped.
BACKORDER POLICY
Backordered items require 4 to 6 weeks for fulfillment before shipping.
ORDER FULFILLMENT AND BACKORDER POLICY
To keep shipping costs as accurate as possible, all orders containing a mix of in-stock items and backordered or pre-order items will be held and shipped together in a single package once all items are fully in stock and ready to fulfill. If you would like to receive your in-stock items immediately without waiting for backordered items, please place separate orders for in-stock and backordered items at checkout. If you have already placed an order and need the in-stock items shipped right away, please contact our support team at turksdanapoint@gmail.com. We can modify your existing order by removing and refunding the in-stock items so that you can place a new, separate order for immediate delivery. NOTE: Additional shipping fees apply if items are split into multiple shipments.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
We offer mail-order delivery across the continental United States of America for an additional $9.50 fee. Please note that this flat rate excludes applicable sales tax, which will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
PRE-ORDER POLICY
Please submit our contact form specifying the exact item you wish to order. Purchasing a pre-ordered item reserves your unit in advance. Manufacturing begins once a minimum order volume is reached. If the minimum threshold is not met within 30 days of your order date, the project will be canceled and your payment will be refunded immediately in full.
